Request a California Field Demonstration: Evaluate APSA-80® & Nutriplant® AG On Your Farm
Don't take claims at face value. Test water penetration, spray coverage, or foliar nutrition on a side-by-side trial block under your soil, water, and crop management conditions.
Why Request a Field Demonstration?
California agricultural conditions vary significantly between counties and soil types. A controlled field demonstration allows you and your Pest Control Adviser (PCA) to measure water penetration speed, droplet spreading on leaves, or crop response before committing to a full-season purchase.

Based on our real-world experience, the growers who get the clearest results run a true side-by-side on the same soil type, same irrigation set, and same crop variety.
That removes the guesswork and lets the numbers speak for your specific conditions.
Field Demonstration Types We Support
In our experience, the most useful demonstrations are tailored to the specific question a grower is trying to answer. Here are the most common trial designs we help set up.
| Demonstration Type | What It Measures | Typical Block Size |
|---|---|---|
| Water Infiltration Trial | Soil moisture depth, runoff volume | 10–20 acres |
| Spray Coverage Trial | Water-sensitive card deposits, weed control | 5–15 acres |
| Foliar Nutrition Trial | Tissue analysis, crop vigor, yield | 20–50 acres |
| Combined Program Trial | Full APSA-80® + Nutriplant® AG program response | 20–100 acres |

Frequently Asked Questions
What is a California field demonstration for APSA-80® or Nutriplant® AG?
A field demonstration is a controlled, side-by-side evaluation conducted on a portion of your own farm (e.g. 20–50 acres or 1–2 irrigation blocks). You compare water penetration, spray coverage, or crop development on treated acreage against an untreated control block.
What information do I need to request a demonstration?
To set up an effective protocol, we need your crop type, total acreage, county location, irrigation method (drip, micro-sprinkler, flood, pivot), primary concern (e.g. water runoff, waxy leaf coverage, micronutrient deficiency), and target application date.
Is there an acreage minimum for a demonstration?
Demonstrations are designed for commercial operations. We typically set up protocols for 10 to 100 acres per demonstration block depending on crop spacing and irrigation layout.
How are field trial results evaluated?
Growers and PCAs evaluate results using water penetration depth measurements, soil moisture sensors, spray card coverage tests, tissue analysis, or yield/quality checks at harvest.
